PLP Ning- What is the purpose of this technology?

• practice for more meaningful spaces
• collaboration
• connection for growth as learners
• a change in pedagogy
• make us comfortable with a technology so we can bring in others
• Students do not need help being comfortable
  • they do need guidance about guidelines
  • needs to be a walled space

Is the culture of this group such that collaboration is valued?

• it is difficult to collaborate when the content is vague
  • it is easy to lurk
  • structure and content might help this process

How will we promote our content online?

• having things to get done, starting our project
